About e-Law Training

e-Law Training was created by Claire Bradley BA ILEX MSc MA, a highly experienced law lecturer teaching UK and EU law at various colleges and universities across the south of England, to deliver cost effective support and training in law to students, businesses and NGOs.

Claire started her legal career at the RYA providing legal advice to the boat owning public. Whilst there she became involved in the international aspects of law and policy while representing UK and EU boating interests at the UN and the EU.

After short spells at the UK Health Protection Agency and Shoosmiths she realised that her real forte lay in education. In 2004 she founded European Law Monitor, a not-for-profit online information service providing information and news on EU Law and policy.

As well as her lecturing work, Claire has authored law courses and modules for various colleges and universities.

Universities / Colleges:

University of Portsmouth, International College Portsmouth, University of East London, RDI, University of Sussex/Study Group, Highbury College

As well as academic teaching Claire has been registered since 2006 as a specialist in EU law with the European Commission under the TAIEX programme. TAIEX is a European Commission initiative whereby specialists in EU law visit the accession countries and new EU member states to give lectures on EU law and its application.

She has delivered a wide variety of lectures and seminars in Romania, Croatia, Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Turkey on all aspects of EU law, aimed at building the capacity of the judiciary, improving governance, and educating NGOs on EU legislation and policies.
